Procedure Details:

  • A full history/records from your regular vet, including lab results and X-rays are required. (This is the first and one of the most important steps in a holistic consultation.)
  • 1 hour (per pet) will be blocked out to discuss your pet.
  • Dr. North will use video chat if possible (FaceTime or Zoom is preferred). Dr. North prefers to be able to visually see you and your pet, as with Chinese medicine you learn a lot about the pet by seeing them, even if just through video.
  • Dr. North will make diet, supplements, and herbal recommendations.
  • You will receive a full review in email format of everything discussed.
  • One follow up email

*Should you decide you want to proceed with acupuncture, the cost of the phone consult will be subtracted from the initial holistic house call fee, as you will have already completed: medical record review, initial verbal consult, supplement, and physical therapy recommendations, etc. Dr. North does not want a client to have to pay for that part twice.
